Following our club-ready releases on our recently launched sublabel Natural Frequencies throughout 2024, we felt it was the right time to return to our roots - providing the finest in timeless and broad-reaching house music.

Kerri Chandler returns to his own Kaoz Theory with Vol.3 of his archive focused ‘Lost & Found’ series.

Kerri Chandler and his Kaoz Theory imprint continues to move from strength to strength still after decades at the forefront of House music. In this ‘Lost & Found’ series, Chandler dives back into his vault to unearth forgotten gems and bring them into the limelight today. For this release, Kerri also revisits ‘Let It’ from his recent ‘Spaces and Places’ LP, reworking it with a new vocalist this time round, namely AbbieLee.

Kicking things off is new version of Let It (Give Me Back My Love), laid out across six minutes, employing shimmering Rhodes melodies, fluttering arpeggios, a bumpy bass groove and crisp drums intertwined with AbbieLee’s soulful vocal stylings. ‘Another Dawn (Vocal Mix)’ follows with jazzy, bruk-tinged drums, uplifting piano chords and pulsating subs running alongside enchanting vocal lines,On the flip-side, Kerri dives into more underground basement realms with the murky basstones, shuffled dusty drums and expansive reverberations of ‘The Bassline (Kerri’s DarkMix). ‘The Breeze’ then rounds out the EP with an electro tinged 808 jam, utilising the machines classic cowbell chimes, skippy snares, rumbling toms and thunderous kicks.

Respected Italian talent Francesco Tegazzin, also known as Distilled Noise, has emerged from years of self-exploration in the recording studio with a true passion for house and minimal grooves. His journey culminates in the release of his first Satya 12", "Evolution Of The Mind," a sonic testament to his current musical identity.

In crafting this opus, Distilled Noise immerses himself in experimentation. Reflecting his dynamic approach to music-making, each track on the record serves as a departure from the norm, with intentional alterations to his workflow for every new composition.

A defining hallmark of his artistry lies in the homage paid to his musical roots. Francesco seamlessly integrates guitar-like sounds, electric pianos, and funky basslines into each track, resulting in a unique fusion of diverse elements. His commitment to delivering more than mere utilitarian "tools" is unmistakable, as he endeavors to create compositions that etch a lasting imprint on the listener's mind.

Scheduled for release on March 15, 2024, the EP promises an exhilarating listening and dancing experience for aficionados of groove based house music.

Next up and with a label debut is one of the leading Female artists on the circuit, Tini Gessler! Tini dropped some straight-up club fire on our sister label Toolroom Trax earlier in the year alongside Juliet Sikora and digs deep into her clubby roots once again with 'Do What You Want'. After releases on the mighty Drumcode, Sola and Kittball in recent years, her 10 year career is going from strength to strength which is seeing her DJ all over the Globe on a weekly basis and her music production is making huge waves within the industry, and rightly so. Next up Italian born DJ and producer, CASSIMM is back on Toolroom with a straight up club weapon! After laying down the delicious disco number last year called 'Get On The Funk' with Kid Enigma, this follows suit perfectly and fuses chunky beats, disco licks and has Bruno Blanc sharing some sentimental lyrics about how important house music is to all of us. Last but not least, French artist Tony Romera is back on Toolroom with another slice of Tech House fire. Tony Romera first stepped onto the scene 10 years ago as a fresh-faced 20 year old looking to make waves and disrupt the electronic music world with his unique style and French-house inspired beats. UK based rising star DXNBY debuts on TRMNL Records as they reveal their next eagerly awaited EP on the Birmingham based imprint, and one of Holland’s newest hottest exports Marsolo completes the package on remix duties.

One of the main artists at the forefront of Bandcamp’s thriving underground market alongside releases on East End Dub’s Belief, Max Dean’s neXup and Ben Rau’s META to name a few, DXNBY brings his in demand signature garage and underground house crossover sound to the label with two killer cuts. The label has already offered up a plethora of sounds across the underground electronic spectrum with releases from credible names including East End Dubs, Yaya, Djebali, Ray Mono and Samu.l

Equally adept on the decks and in the studio, Victor Calderone has travelled the world playing for thousands and created some of the electronic music industry’s most seminal tracks and remixes. His new double sided release on Nervous Recprds is a collaboration with highly respected producer / DJ Mykol. They have a created an EP that has the driving percussive force needed to move a dancefloor in 2025, and through its inspired usage of vocal and musical elements highlights their background as born and bred New Yorkers who grew up enmeshed in New York’s nightlife and musical culture.

'What You Want' features the legendary Byron Stingily, a Chicago house singer and Ten City vocalist with a famous falsetto. Here he serves up a moody spoken word sermon over chunky house drums with a dark energy and late-night sense of soul. Electric synth patterns wave in and out to bring great drama to this full-flavour groove. 'What You Want' also comes as a more pared-back but still jacking dub with plenty of smart studio effects.

'Take You Back' is a surging house sound with deep bass and drums and whimsical synth patterns that dance over the beats. Analluring female vocal pulls you in ever closer to a track that is both emotive and physical, steamy but sensuous.

Renowned UK producer and Freerange co-founder Jimpster steps back into the spotlight with a brand-new 5 track EP that dives deep into the raw, emotional core of underground house music. Blending masterful production prowess with soulful storytelling, this latest release features standout collaborations with two celebrated spoken word artists namely NYC’s OVEOUS and Atlanta via Detroit’s rising star Ash Lauryn. The North Atlantic EP captures the essence of late-night dance floors and a fusion of sounds, all wrapped in Jimpster’s signature warm, analog textures and rolling groove science.

FLO opens the EP with a vibrant pulse - an up-beat groove that wraps around you like incense smoke and island vibes in a Brooklyn basement. Anchored by filtering stabs and a rubbery bassline, the track unfolds with the commanding presence of OVEOUS, whose spoken-word cuts through the haze with razor-sharp clarity. His voice rides the beat like a sermon for the dance floor; straight talk that’s spiritual, and defiantly alive, this is deep house as ceremony for the streets. The accompanying Dub strips back the vocal and introduces additional harmonic elements in the form of piano, strings, and synth washes bringing a warm and musical touch.

On Feel Me, Jimpster crafts a rolling groove built on punchy drums, shuffling percussion, and a soulful vibe which feels both classic and futuristic. Ash Lauryn’s voice glides across the track with cool authority, bringing a seductive vibe to the party. Her voice is perfectly balanced with Jimpster’s atmospheric pads and dubby flourishes creating a contemporary and irresistibly danceable house anthem for the heads.

Two additional mixes of Feel Me bolster an already sturdy package bringing a more straight up, bumpy version on the House Mix as well as a darker, heads down - eyes closed take on the Freakin’ Club Mix.

The first-ever illustrated compendium recounting the seminal underground South London ambient party that surfaced at the axis through which the likes of Ninja Tune, Warp and Rising High flowed. Telepathic Fish shared fertile waters with Megatripolis and The Big Chill, moving the early 90s London back room chill-out space into the kaleidoscopic spotlight.

Documenting the sights and sounds of South London’s seminal Telepathic Fish ambient parties. Hosted by Chantal Passamonte (aka Mira Calix - RIP), David Vallade, Mario Aguera and Kevin Foakes (aka DJ Food) - collectively named Openmind. With the help of Mixmaster Morris (The Irresistible Force) and Matt Black (Coldcut), they put on some of the earliest chill out events in London.

Rooted deep in the heart of the electronic underground they started DJing and decorating house parties or squats with mind-blowing installations and wholly idiosyncratic design, hosting the likes of Aphex Twin, Andrea Parker and Tony Morley (The Leaf Label). Within a year they were playing VIP after shows for the likes of Orbital and illegal New Year’s gatherings at the disused Roundhouse whilst guesting on Coldcut’s Solid Steel radio show on London’s KISS FM.

Whilst collaborations with legendary club nights such as Megatripolis saw them share bills with Autechre, Higher Intelligence Agency, Scanner and Global Communication, they also created their own ambient fanzine - Mindfood – to document the scene evolving around them. A 20-page history of their parties is included in the release, richly illustrated with personal photos, artwork and memorabilia from their adventures between 1992-95. The gatefold sleeve also features their Telepathic Fish logo, mirroring an original T-shirt design they sold in Ambient Soho, a record shop three of the four worked in at different times.

The selections featured here are all personal favourites that were played at the Telepathic Fish parties during the 90s. Picked and arranged by Mario, David and Kevin who combed their collections for key pieces they associate with the time and Chantal’s music tastes. Over a hundred tracks were selected, totalling nearly 11 hours of playing time, before being whittled down to the essentials by the trio, forming a snapshot of their world back in the day.

Sweden’s Tiger Stripes returns to Rekids with the ‘Dance For Peace’ EP, following on from February’s ‘All Night Long’ and 2024’s ‘I Heard It Through The Bassline’ EPs. Across four warm and funk-fuelled cuts, he delivers another essential selection of House grooves primed for peak-time moments and deep, late-night sessions alike, already supported by Oliver Dollar, Riva Starr, Anja Schneider, and more.

The opening track, ‘Time For Peace,’ is a brilliantly loopy roller, featuring bouncy drums, muted synth motifs, and a vocal swirl of soulful cries that ramp up the energy. It’s a stylish tension-builder, paving the way for ‘Rockin’, a chunky jam with funky melodic riffs buried in the beat and wordless ad libs teasing out the soul. ‘The Street’ keeps the vibe flowing with swinging drums, knotted guitar licks, and subtly filtered vocals worked into a steamy, party-starting groove. Closing things out is ‘A Dance’, a deeper cut drenched in lush chords and hazy vocals—perfect for blissed-out dancefloor moments.

Founder of the Strange Idols label, Tiger Stripes has spent over two decades forging his own path with standout releases on Hot Creations, Get Physical, Kwench Records, and Rekids. After stepping back to focus on his indie-rock project Little Lies, he made a full return in 2024 and quickly recaptured the form that’s made him an international favourite.

Während Land Of Sleeper von 2023 als immersives Kopfhörer-Erlebnis konzipiert war, strebten Pigs dieses Mal nach etwas direkterem, böseren. ,Wir wollten, dass es ein Schlag ins Gesicht ist", grinst Produzent und Gitarrist Sam Grant. Dieses Ziel kam zum Teil dadurch zustande, dass die Band in den letzten Jahren sooooo viele Gigs gespielt hat. There are few people across the globe, who will have not been touched by the work of Frankie Knuckles. Forever regarded as ‘The Godfather of House’ for his unrivalled contribution to the house music we know today; what started as an underground movement in Chicago has grown to international heights thanks to Frankie. His records earned him recognition on a global scale, allowing him to work with some of the globes biggest names including the likes of Diana Ross, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson.

Frankie passed away in Chicago on 31st March 2014 leaving behind one of the greatest house music legacies spanning almost four decades. Now he is commemorated by long time writing and production partner Eric Kupper. Eric, himself a seasoned DJ producer and writer, has worked on over 116 Billboard #1 Dance Records and played a pivotal role in many of Frankie’s productions. Having both worked together for many years they established themselves as ‘Director’s Cut’ from 2011 and set about producing original releases and remixes based on the classic ‘Def Mix’ sound while sharing equal credits for their creations.

Together they re-produced and re-purposed classic cuts for modern dancefloors, with reworks including tracks from Marshall Jefferson, Ashford & Simpson, Artful & Ridney and The Sunburst Band, alongside Frankie Knuckles originals. These releases have now been brought together by Eric to feature on special album called ‘The Directors Cut Collection’ on SoSure Music.

For the third volume classic cuts such as Inaya Day & Robin S. - Right Now (A Director’s Cut Master) and Marko Militano - Good People (Director’s Cut Signature Mix) are nestled alongside equally absorbing Directors Cut mixes of Vintage Lounge Orchestra covering 'Dreams' and Art Department pres. Martina Topley Bird feat. Mark Lanegan & Warpaint covering 'Crystalised'.

The Director’s Cut Collection is a fitting tribute to commemorate the seventh anniversary of Frankie’s passing whilst giving Eric a platform to tell his side of the creative story. This album is to be released in collaboration with The Frankie Knuckles Foundation who work to continuing Frankie’s legacy well into the future.

Here we have a new four track EP from ddwy following two acclaimed EPs on Public Possession. ddwy (pronounced d-why) is the Welsh word for “two” — a nod to Naomi and Ronan, the duo behind the project. It’s a four track EP ranging from dancefloor moments such as ‘Beaming Backwards’ and the dubwise ‘Peak Smile’ to the more ethereal ‘Stars Stars’ and the ambient tone of ‘Heuldro’r Haf’. Marking his first EP on Damian Lazarus’s revered Crosstown Rebels, OMRI. (pronounced “OMRI dot”) steps into the spotlight with ‘Nothing Wrong’—an infectious, immersive dive that traverses well beyond the dancefloor, laced with rhythm, tension, and soul. Masterful producer Yuksek returns to RNT with the Deja Vous EP of all-original modern disco. She’s Mine leads with a rolling percussive beat and Italo baseline and layers emotive piano chords and plaintiff vocals, to hearken back to a nostalgic era of indie disco. On the flip side, the EP title track collab with Brazilian producer Diogo Strausz brings expected tropical flavor, and All Night feels a bit French-touchy with it’s infectious phase effected vocal loop. Accessible hooks and solid production, this is a handy one for the bag!

A techy double A slice of house from label head Kaz James thats been doing the rounds with some heavy hitting DJ piers. Both tracks have been staple part of Kaz's sets at Art Basel, Desa Kitsuné Bali, Burning Man, Brooklyn Mirage, Pacha Ibiza, Koko London, Mayan Warrior Tulum, his Mykonos residency Alamagou and beyond.

The release follows 'Sun is Shining' which was supported by the likes of Keinemusik, Black Coffee, and Pete Tong as Essential New Tune.

"Trip Hop Vintage Sounds" is a 2023 compilation album by Wagram Music that features various tracks from artists such as Kid Loco, Zero 7, and Etienne De Crécy. It is a collection of downtempo, atmospheric music that blends hip-hop beats with other genres like dub, soul, and jazz, characteristic of the trip-hop sound that originated in the UK in the 1990s.
